Why become A Champion Member?

HeartWave Academy is a proud supporter of Adiyah's Heart Foundation. Swimming is an amazing activity for children with heart defects. Becoming a champion member allows us to allocate $75 per month to a #heartwarrior in need.

Your commitment of $75 per month for 12 months includes:

Free Charm Bracelet(s)

Free Merch (All newly released items)

Free Access to all calendar events

Free Access to all programs and services (including swim lessons)

What happens after 4 sessions?

Once enrolled, you will receive a pay link. Your pay link will not expire unless unenrolled from the swim program.

Once your 4 swim sessions have been used, you are responsible for renewing via your pay link. I DO NOT STORE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON MY SITE!

If you forget, no worries, we will send out reminders. You will not lose your swim date and time unless your plan is not renewed within 1 week.

Recurring Classes

Purchasing a swim plan is not mandatory.

If you would like to book individual classes, please do so by booking trial classes. These classes will not be discounted.

To receive the discounted rate of $30 per session, swimmers must be enrolled in a swim plan.

If you have multiple students, please purchase a plan per swimmer.

Plans include 4 sessions starting with your first booked class.

Swimmers do not need anything additional for class. Comfort toys, goggles, and earplugs are welcome but will be removed if they interfere with class.

Are classes refundable?

NO.

Classes, trials, and plans are non-refundable.

If classes are canceled due to an instructor issue (Weather, Schedule conflicts, etc) classes will be rescheduled based on availability or plans may be extended.

(With 24 hour Notice) If classes are canceled due to swimmer issues (sick, traveling, etc), they can be rescheduled or swim plans can be extended.

Last-minute cancelations are NON-REFUNDABLE nor are they allowed to be RESCHEDULED.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I do not charge travel fees for any of my swimmers, therefore, cancelations must be done promptly.

Liability Waiver Summary

By enrolling in HeartWave Swim Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Liability Release: HeartWave Swim Academy and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during lessons conducted at your private pool.
Pool Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure the pool is safe, clean, and heated to at least 86°F. Lessons cannot proceed if the pool temperature is below this standard, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
Supervision: A parent or guardian must be present on-site during lessons for children.
Medical Certification: By participating, you confirm that the swimmer is physically capable of taking lessons and has no medical conditions that may pose a risk.
Non-Refundable Plans: Plans are non-refundable but can be gifted to families impacted by CHD (Congenital Heart Disease).

By agreeing to these terms, you ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for everyone involved.
